15/20 min walk from Clissold Park and 10 min walk from Rectory Road and Clapton Stations. It's also got great bus links nearby.

Would suit a professional couple or one person. Rent is 1800 pcm and with bills it's normally 2K all in for the flat.

Fully furnished with great kitchen/dining area for entertaining on the upper level, the bedroom has floor to ceiling bay windows and two large windows in kitchen/diner that flood the flat with natural light. The sofa folds out to a bed which is great for if you have guests staying, great storage with built-in drawers and wardrobe.
