2 Double Rooms in Canal-Side Haggerston Flat

I'm looking to fill two bedrooms in a great flat in Haggerston, where the third bedroom will be occupied by me. We’re signing a one-year lease starting April 17th, and the landlord is keen to get things sorted in the next couple of weeks, so viewings will likely be happening next week.

There are two rooms available: one is a double bedroom with an ensuite bathroom, and the other is a double bedroom with a shared bathroom (shared with just one other person). The flat itself is in an amazing location right on the canal, less than a 5-minute walk to Haggerston Overground, and within easy walking distance of Shoreditch, Dalston, and London Fields.

The shared space is an open-plan kitchen and living room that’s really bright and social, with big east-facing windows that get loads of natural light in the mornings. There’s also a small balcony overlooking the canal, which is a great spot for a coffee or to unwind after work.

A bit about me: I’m social, laid back, and tidy. I enjoy staying active, getting out and about in the area, and having a good chat over a cup of tea. Ideally I’m looking for housemates who are also social, relaxed, and respectful of the space.
