We’re a friendly, easy-going household of four looking for a fifth flatmate to join us. The flat has five bedrooms, one bathroom, and a separate toilet. No living room, but the location more than makes up for it.
The current housemates are two women working in hospitality (bar and restaurant), one female manager, and one guy in finance. We’re a relaxed, welcoming bunch — LGBT+ friendly and genuinely easy to live with.
The flat is on E9 6LD, two minutes’ walk from Well Street with its coffee shops, restaurants and local shops, five minutes from Homerton Overground, and ten minutes from Hackney Central.
Rent is £750/month, with a £750 security deposit on move-in. Bills are included (internet, water, council tax). Electricity and gas comes to around £25 /month per room on top of that.
