🛌 The room: Double room fully furnished with a large built-in wardrobe, large window, double bed with under-bed storage, bedside table and ladder shelf (the latter two can be removed if needed!)

🏡 The house: Large, modern ground floor flat with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, spacious hallway, and an open-plan kitchen/living room area with lots of storage, and a cute private outdoor patio area. We also have access to the rooftop of the building which is lovely, and furnished with outdoor seating :) the flat has underfloor heating and is very well insulated (little to no noise comes in from the outside!)

💸Rent: £1000 per month, + ~£100 per month for bills (almost always less than this!) + deposit (1 month's rent)

📍5 minute walk from London Fields station, 10 minute walk from Hackney Central station. Stone's throw from Broadway Market, Victoria Park, and London Fields!

✨ We’re looking for somebody very kind, very clean, but lives in a way oriented towards socialising and community! There's 3 of us- Malli (27) and Soyra (22) are sisters, Malli and Sreesha (30) are together, and Sreesha and Soyra are besties! We live very much like a family in that we look after each other and are very considerate and conscientious towards and of each other. We’re all very clean and tidy while also being big on having people over and living in a very social way (think the Monica and Rachel house in Friends), but are very respectful towards each other’s schedules and communicative about our needs.
