Room to sublet in Hackney!

Hey everyone,

I’m subletting my room for three weeks from April 19th - 10th may. If you need to stay a week or so longer please let me know and we can sort it out I’m sure!

The cost is £750 with bills for 3 weeks, that includes a cleaner who will come twice during your stay. Also open to discussing the price :)

The room: Cosy, double room with a balcony. I’ll be taking some stuff so there will be a lot of space for your belongings.

The house: 5 bedroom house with two girls and two guys, all super friendly, sociable and chill. We hang out as a house quite often, but also respect each other’s space. We have a TV with Netflix/Prime/Sky Sports which you can obviously use whenever you want!

The location: Best location in London.

Stations: 5 mins walk to Cambridge Heath, 10 mins to Hoxton/Bethnal Green tube, 15 mins to Old Street

Parks: Haggerston park on our doorstep (including Hackney City Farm), London Fields 10 mins away and Victoria Park 20 min walk away

Things to do: 2 minute walk to Broadway Market and Columbia Road. Dalston, Shoreditch, Hackney Central and Hackney Wick all super close. Perfect if you like exploring new pubs/restaurants/bars
