Room available off Broadway market

About us;
Two twenty seven year olds (1 male and 1 female) looking for someone to fill a room in our flat that should become available around start of May. We have been friends for a number of years and like living somewhere which feels like a home for us all. Meaning we often go to nights out , festivals ect together whilst also having our own interests/friends outside the flat. Often have friends over for dinner and would love for someone to want to join , and also see as a space they can use to have people over.

What we’re looking for;
- Someone similar age ideally
- Not working from home, flat living room is not huge and we like having it free for people to use as a living room if there not working ect
- Someone who’s chill but also tidy and respectful

About the flat;
The flat is situated just a stones throw from Broadway market - 3rd floor with 3 bedrooms , 1 toilet and separate room with bath/shower. Have been in the flat for a number of years and have a good relationship with the landlord. Flat mate who is moving out owns allot of living room furniture so we will be replacing that when she goes with Facebook market place etc - so whoever takes the room will need to chip for some of this stuff aswell - but also means can use as opportunity to make it feel homely for us all.

About the room;
Room will come unfurnished so will need bring your own stuff - can fit a double bed as shown in the photo - is the smaller room in the flat, but there is storage cupboards around the flat that are everyone’s to use.
