I am moving out of my lovely room in hackney central and need someone to fill it ASAP.
You will be living in a lovely house with 5 flatmates right in hackney central very close to mare street and Victoria park.
Very convenient location transport wise and lots to do in the area.
Housemates are very lovely . Mix of professionals ( in vintage clothing selling , painting and decorating , and bar work) and students ( art and liberal arts )
Room is en-suite toilet and shower
Bills come to less thank £100 per month , depending on the season.
You would need to pass referencing checks as I need someone to take over for me on the tenancy
