I’m sadly saying goodbye to my wonderful one-bedroom flat in Hackney, which is available from 9th May 2026 until May 2027 ( can extend ) I’ve absolutely loved living here, but I’m relocating overseas, so I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy on this lovely place.
The bedroom is very spacious and features a large window that lets in lots of natural light. Being on the top floor, you have great privacy without worrying about anyone looking in. It’s a peaceful, bright space — I even considered using it as the main living area, which works really well if you like to entertain.

The other small room can fit a bed and furniture, I have used it for spare rooms or my studio and it’s great :)

You’ll have friendly neighbours in a welcoming building, and the area itself is fantastic. Hackney Central Station is literally just across the road, and Hackney Downs is only a 5-minute walk away. Plus, London Fields and Broadway Market are just around the corner, making it easy to explore everything this lively neighbourhood has to offer

This flat is located in one of the most sought-after areas of Hackney, with plenty of parks, pubs, venues, cafes, and shops nearby. It’s a fantastic spot for anyone who loves the buzz of East London while enjoying a peaceful home base. Whilst there’s no garden, the flat is surrounded by green spaces. Hackney Downs and London Fields are round the corner and Victoria Park is only a 15 minute walk away. Perfect for summer on the horizon .

This flat is a great value for the space and the area it's in. I've lived here by myself and with my partner and it’s ideal for both .
