Two rooms going in a freshly renovated creative warehouse in the heart of Hackney (Tudor Grove, E9).
5 mins to London Fields, 10 to Cambridge Heath, 15 to Bethnal Green. Broadway Market and Victoria Park basically your backyard.

We’re Jorge (34) and Salvador (31) — working across choreography, commercials, and filmmaking. Our worlds spill into TV, fashion, editorial, and the occasional slightly chaotic creative sprint.

We’re building a home, not just filling rooms.
Think:
dinner parties, movie nights, the occasional karaoke , a space that feels calm, considered, and creative.

We’re looking for people who are:
– Creatively curious (doesn’t matter what you do, but you care about something)
– Emotionally aware / communicative
– Respectful of shared space (clean, but not neurotic)
– Good energy > loud energy

We’ll be living there too, but this isn’t a “live with landlords” vibe. It’s collaborative, relaxed, and adult. We trust people to be grown.

Bills: aprox £160/month (divided by 4)
includes a bi-weekly cleaner (because we’re not animals).
