Huge Double Room next to Victoria Park

Looking to replace myself in a huge double bedroom that has Victoria Park located at the end of the road, pubs all around and one of the best value for money pizza takeouts over the road (The Funky Olive).

The house is spacious with a big shared kitchen, living room, bathroom and garden (that includes a hammock). Parking is available via on street permit parking.

Having just done a house hunt this really is great value for money that won’t come up often. I’ve lived here for 2 years and moving out only to live with my partner.

Your potential housemates / future front cover for a United Nations poster, consist of James from the US, Mitch from NZ and Morgan from Wales. James is doing a Masters at Uni locally. Mitch works in engineering and Morgan works for a charity. Everybody is super nice and laid back - it’s been a pleasure living here. Basically looking for someone who is chilled with good craic to match the vibe.

The property is a 7 minute walk from Homerton Overground Station and has excellent bus connections all around.

Bills work out to around £90-£110 a month. This includes;
