Studio flat in Hackney central

Hi, i’m moving out of the country and looking for someone to take over my studio flat in Hackney Central.

It’s a gated secure flat with 3 different security points and a lovely agency managing the building.

It’s also 3- 5 minutes away from a lot of nice shops like:

1. Marks & Spencer’s
2. Greggs
3. TK Maxx
4. Hackney Central & Hackney downs overground
5. Lots of high street restaurants, coffee shops & a primark etc

The studio is originally unfurnished, however since i am moving away i am selling all the furniture for 1/4 of the price (£700) - the bed is an ottoman storage bed.

Requirements
1. Earn 3x the rent monthly or have a guarantor
2. Have a previous landlord reference (if you have not lived in the Uk before this isn’t necessary)
3. The letting agency has a zero deposit scheme offer
