Hey girls 🫶🏼

Looking for a new housemate ASAP in an all-girl house in Hackney Central, East London! I’m moving back home and so moving out!

The house:
The house is really homely as it was renovated before the girls moved in Dec 2022 with a cute lounge, 2 bathrooms and a garden! Bills are not included, and are usually ~£90 a month depending. Location is great as we’re a sub 10 min walk from Hackney Central, 5 min walk from either of the big Tesco’s and a 15 min walk from London Fields & Victoria Park.

The Room:
The biggest room in the house! Rent is currently £1035 excl bills. This room comes with the bed and wardrobe.

About the girls:
They are close friends - Louisa (28), Liv (26) and Leila (28). Leila is also moving out mid-end of May. They hang out a lot but also have they’re own friendship groups so they’re keen to live with someone of a similar age who they can become friends with and do nice lil activities with but who also values alone time :)

They enjoy a mix of nights out / events / festivals as well as cosy movie nights in & dinners together. They’re into yoga, Pilates, running, cinema trips, cycling, and love a cheeky coffee + walk round Victoria Park/Broadway Market when wfh! Louisa is in marketing, Liv is in law and Leila is in banking, both with a mixture of WFH/office days throughout the week.
