Double room available in a friendly 4-bed house share in Haggerston, directly opposite Stonebridge Gardens and a 3-minute walk from Haggerston Overground station.

The house has two bathrooms, a cosy living room/snug, and a garden — great for summer. Bills are not included but are shared and organised collectively between housemates, coming to approximately £140 per month each (covering water, energy, internet, council tax, and a communal cleaner).

The house itself is unfurnished, though most of the communal areas have been kitted out by previous housemates so it doesn't feel bare. I'm happy to sell the current bedroom furniture (bed, chest of drawers and clothes rack) if you'd rather not bring your own — just ask.

You'd be joining three working professionals: one woman and two men. We're an easy-going bunch who enjoy the house without being in each other's pockets.
