My flatmate's visa is sadly ending, so I am looking for a new flatmate huge double-room. Monthly rent is £1200pcm excluding bills (about £255pcm for bills - internet, council tax, bi-weekly cleaner, and unlimited heating/gas/water!!).

About the room:
The room is unfurnished but has an inbuilt wardrobe, and large windows that get lots of sun. Deposit is £1500. Move-in date May 16th with a new lease to sign, references required.

About me:
You will be sharing with just me (29, queer, she/her) and my small pup. I'm an architect originally from New Zealand, with a mix of WFH/office days. I enjoy hosting dinner parties, reality tv, hitting the gym or yoga, and am currently building my vinyl collection. My dog, Arlo, is a 11-year old Cavoodle. He's super chill, quiet and well-trained. Loves zoomies and being told he's a good boy.
