Bright double room near Rectory Road

We’re looking for someone to take over tenancy for this double room in E5. The rent is £575 pm exc bills, which are usually around £100-£120 pm with the c tax (Band D) due on the 1st of every month. The room itself is a good size and fully furnished with a wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers and bookshelf.

You’ll be sharing with two male and one trans masc housemates in a three story house with two toilets, yard area and front porch (good for bikes!). Close to a small tesco and a 20 min walk from Dalston and a big Sainsburys/Aldi.

We are an LGBTQ+ friendly household, and it is absolutely essential that any new tenant is genuinely inclusive and respectful of this.
You must be 100% comfortable with cats. We have regular feline presence in the house, so this is not suitable for anyone with allergies or who isn't a cat lover.

We are looking for someone who is calm, respectful, and mindful of shared living. Please note that the household can be sensitive to noise, so we prefer someone who leads a relatively quiet lifestyle to maintain a peaceful environment for everyone.
