Double room in 3 bed Hackney Central Flat

Myself (28F) and my flatmate Aaron (33M) are looking for someone to take over the third bedroom in our Hackney Central Flat.

There's a big open plan living room & kitchen as well as a balcony that gets great evening light. The bedroom itself gets morning light & shares a bathroom with 1 other.

We both work in fashion. Aaron works out of the house a lot but I work from home some days so I'm around a bit more than him. First & foremost we're friends and we treat the place like a home not just a house share.

We're a queer friendly household and like to use the space to host friends & have dinners but we also respect each others space. Looking for someone friendly & laid back but also we're v clean & tidy so someone who is also clean & tidy, pleeeeease. :))
