- Comfortable shared space (piano in photos is being removed)
- Fully equipped kitchen (best for one cook at a time, which works well if you enjoy shared meals)
- The flat has been a social and welcoming space where we’ve hosted friends and family fairly regularly, so I’d love to keep that vibe.

- I love being at the pub, exhibitions, or the cinema, but also love watching reality TV (currently on a Real Housewives kick) and just chilling at home
- I also play ultimate frisbee relatively competitively, which means training during the week & away for tournaments on the weekend occasionally
About You:
- Female, similar age range
- Tidy, clean, considerate, and easy to live with
- Keen for a friendly, communal home (shared meals, occasional TV nights, a glass of wine + yapping)
- Also respectful of space and downtime
- Comfortable with occasional hosting of visitors from out of town
- Ideally, working mostly outside the home (limited WFH space)
The Details:
- £1300/month (bills and council tax band B included)
- £1270 deposit (paid to outgoing flatmate)
- Contract takeover (2-year tenancy from June 2026)
- Managed via Foxtons technically, but we deal directly with our landlord (very kind & responsive)
