I’m looking for a friendly, female, young professional flatmate to renew my current lease with😇

There's lots of storage, extra wardrobe space for you opposite the room, a large bathroom and a roomy kitchen-diner which is great for cooking/hanging out plus a separate living room for all your WFH needs. There’s even the added perk of having a heated drying rack (very exciting lol) and a projector 😇

+ There's a gated communal bike rack/ car park (which we've got a visitors parking permit for) around the back too and a gym opposite!

The cost:
Rents: £950 pcm + bills
Deposit: £975 which will go into a scheme

Right between all best bits of Hackney, you’ll be a stones throw from London Fields, Victoria Park, Regents canal & all the buzz of Broadway market:)
- 5 mins walk to London Fields (and the lido)
- 8 mins walk to Broadway market
- 10 mins walk to Victoria Park
- 12 min walk to Hackney Central
- 5 mins walk to London Fields station / 2 mins to lots of useful 24hr bus routes
- 1 min walk to Lidl + a great Asian supermarket over the road:)

Flatmate:
You’ll be living with just me - a 31yr old female graphic designer working full time (in the office) in Farringdon. I’m social, love a bit of sport/ art / cooking (but also partial to a curly fry) and would love someone who is chatty, adds to the relaxed homely vibe, down for a cheeky drink or cooking together - but also is happy chilling & doing you’re own thing :)

Landlord:
We’ve got a really good relationship with the landlord who’s been very easy going over the past 6yrs - recently got a new sofa!
