1 furnished double room has recently become available in a newly renovated 4 bedroom flat. The room comes with double bed, mirror, chest of drawers, and a wardrobe.
The flat has a kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, a separate toilet, a living room with TV and a small balcony.

The current flatmates are three professional women in their 20s from Spain and Italy.

We are looking for a professional (female preferred) aged in her mid 20s to mid 30s, who is respectful and tidy.
To us it is important to be comfortable living with each other. We sometimes cook dinner
together and enjoy a chat.

Bus and Overground transport are within 5 minutes. 10 minutes bus takes you to the
Central Line. (Mile End station)

The flat is situated next to Victoria Park and is 5 minutes from Victoria park village which has a mixture of bars and restaurants, The flat is also a 5 minute walk from Well Street market and Tesco. Westfield Shopping centre and Broadway market are also very close.

The rent is £803 per month and covers some bills (water, council tax, TV licence, broadband) and a
cleaner once a week.

The rest of the bills (gas, electricity) amount to around £23 per month.
