We are looking for someone to let a room in our lovely flat in Homerton/Hackney Wick.

The flat is located on the third floor, is fully furnished, has four bedrooms in total and is currently shared by young professionals. The living room is spacious and has a balcony with a stunning view of Hackney Marshes. There’s also an open plan kitchen, bathroom, underfloor heating, double glazed windows, washing machine, dishwasher and fast Hyperoptic broadband.

A double room with a large window and a wardrobe with mirror. It comes furnished: bed, mattress and chest of drawers.

You will have access to a roof terrace (with more stunning views of Hackney Marshes!) and to a residents only gym. The building also offers a bike storage and 24 hour concierge.

The area is really cool and has:
* Nice restaurants and pubs, including a vegan one (The Spread Eagle)
* Groceries and convenient stores, such as SPAR
* Its own independent, crowdfunded cinema – The Castle Cinema
* Two markets: Chatsworth Road Market and Well Street Market
* Plenty of nature surrounding it:
- It is right next door to the River Lea and Hackney Marshes
- So you can easily go cycling, running and canoeing!
- It’s about 10min walk to Victoria Park, which hosts All Points East music festival
- And about 15min walk to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park

There’s also good transport connections:
* About 10min walk to both Homerton and Hackney Wick Overground stations
