This a "no live in landlord" family owned flat so you don't have to pay or deal with agent fees. We're looking for friendly open minded tenants we can trust and will love this place as a home! It's important they get on and will enjoy the communal spaces so I'm actively trying to "roommate match".

As shown in the layout, it is a 950sqft maisonette (2 floors)
Downstairs there is a large kitchen, large open dining/lounge area and small balcony (south facing).
Upstairs 3 bedrooms, and shared a bathroom (with shower and bath), 2 toilets and storage above the stairs.
All rooms are furnished.
The block is an end unit so the home is not overlooked.

LOCATION
It's in the Heart of Hackney Central, just off the High Street in a family friendly estate (surprisingly quiet) Close to various parks including London Fields and Victoria Park.

TRANSPORT
Links are amazing- You can walk to London Fields in 7 minutes, Hackney Central Overground and train in 5 minutes and once you're on the train or bus you can get to Dalston in 8min, Highbury &Islington in 15mins, Liverpool Street 10mins, Stratford in 10mins, Bethnal Green in 10mins...

VIEWINGS
I want to acknowledge that some may find it uncomfortable doing viewings during this time so I'd like to give you the option of touring the house virtually or in person.
As I am not in the country I also request a video call interview if you like the place.
