We are offering a large double room in a spacious 3-bed bedroom flat in the centre of Hackney.

There are only 3 more flat mates (Irish guys) to share the space with.

The flat is set in a secure gated community just a minute walk to Hackney Downs Station and about 3-4 minutes to Hackney Central (both Zone 2) and numerous buses giving easy access to the city and Central London.

There are two bathrooms in the whole apartment and so you'd only need to share a bathroom with one other person.

There an open plan kitchen lounge with all the necessary appliances and utensils and a shared living room.

The Room has all the necessary furniture including:
• Double bed with a mattress
• Double Wardrobe
• Night table
• Desk
• Chest of drawers

It has a good wifi connection for WFH.

The place is very sunny and bright. It has a semi-open plan fully fitted kitchen and good size lounge/dining area with laminate flooring. There is also a patio for BBQs.

The bills (Utilities, Broadband and council tax) are split among the tenants and paid separately on top of the rent. Currently they make~ £100 per person for 4 people sharing the flat.

A BIT ABOUT THE AREA - In case you've never been to Hackney, I strongly suggest you move to it now! The area is literally booming with endless coffee shops, restaurants, art galleries, pop-ups, rooftops, clubs, pubs, markets, markets, brunch places, lunch places, breakfast places, cool people, and even more cafes. If there's a thing you can be sure of, is that you will never get bored around here with the number of options within walking reach. So there is plenty to do - even in lockdown. There is a small Tesco just around the corner and a big Tesco store just a few min walk.
