Industrial style building - used to be the old Burberry factory - with excellent views and balcony.

The kitchen and en-suite bedroom are both West facing with excellent views over London. The room is furnished with a bed and an in-built cupboard. There is no space for additional furniture in the room or anywhere else in the flat.
It is a great location for someone that works in the city (Liverpool Street) as it's a 20 min bus ride or 10 mins by train. Most people cycle in Hackney and I’d recommend getting a bike. There is a storage facility in the building.
I am looking to find a professional ideally in his or her mid 30ies/40ies that will look after my home and therefore treat it with respect i. e. washing up after cooking ,cleaning regularly, watering the flowers and squidgeeing the glass after having a shower. The property is for rent ideally for a short term let for 3 - 4th months with a possibility to extend but that will depend on my situation. The first 3 months I won’t be around much so you will be responsible for looking after my flat. Moving in date would be 4th January.
