Please note, this would suit someone who is looking for a quiet and clean environment, socialising happens outside.

Room is available from late February 2026 (single occupancy) only.

Will consider Monday to Friday - Ideal as a London base.

The flat is on the fifth floor of a modern build with good facilities and furnishings. There is a large open plan lounge and kitchen, complete with dining area and table. The kitchen has a gas cooker, electric oven and washing machine. There is a balcony across the full length of the lounge.

There is a shared bathroom with a good shower/bath.
The bedroom available has a new single bed and Otti mattress, built in cupboard and small desk and stool/chair.

Cleaning duties would be shared but a cleaner can be organised at an additional shared cost per visit.

The flat is located just off Mare Street. London Fields train station is about 5 minutes - to Liverpool Street Station or Hackney Central overground station (Stratford to Richmond/Clapham Junction line).

The rent is £231 per week paid in advance, Deposit is £900.
Viewings in person during the week after 6.00pm and weekends, with a little notice as I travel.

Flat is NOT suitable if working from home. Not suitable for entertaining/having visitors (keep as quite space).
