One Double Bedroom available now in Hackney

Hello there potential flatmate,

One of our flatmastes moved out and now there is one very spacious double bedroom available in our four bedroom house. The room is very bright, with laminated flooring and comes unfurnished. The house was fully refurbished last year when we moved in. We share two bathrooms one with a shower and one with a bathtub and both have towel heaters for those winter days. We have a very spacious lounge/kitchen area with plenty of cupboard space for all, a washing machine and new oven/cooker. The best part about the house other than obviously the people living in it, the garden - backdoor area where we have a deck, for those who would like to enjoy a barbecue, summer cocktails and outdoor yoga?!?

There is plenty of storage in the house and the heating and light throughout is fantastic.

Currently there are two girls, myself and Pauline. I work in PR and she works in finance. And one boy David who works in music PR.

The house is 10' walk from from Homerton station or if you'd rather, bus 242 takes you near by and is located 1' walk from our door. The bus operates 24/7 and rides through central, Hackney, Liverpool Street and Dalston.

Stratford is 5' with the overground.
Hackney is 3'. 20' to Kings Cross.
30' to central London.

The house is lovely, especially in summer where you get to adventure around and enjoy Hackney Marshes only a 3' walk away.

Move in date ideally would be ASAP but is negotiable.

Deposit is £600 and bills come to max £75 a month. Landlord is very helpful and always tends our needs. Potentially looking for someone long term but there is no contract to sign!
