# The house
The house in on Chatsworth road, in the heart of upcoming Clapton. 10 minutes to reach Homerton Overground station. There are plenty of local buses that will take you everywhere in London. The house is also surrounded by lots of local little coffee shops pubs/supermarkets.

The spacious split level flat is composed of 2 double bedrooms, a large, fully equipped kitchen and huge reception room. kitchen leads onto a terrace at the rear (ideal for these sunny days!).

# The room
The double room is at the second level of the house and is fully furnished double size bed and overall spacious.

# The people
You will be sharing with a lovely Couple , super friendly easy going from Italy, both in their thirties working as fashion stylist and meditation teacher/executive coach both loving cooking. Ideally looking for someone around the same age who is social, tidy, considerate and easy-going. Donato & Viola look for someone who would like to get involved in the house life too, yet respects peoples needs for quiet sometimes. It would be a home, not a party flat.

# The money
The rent is £650month plus the usual bills. There is a 4 weeks deposit, but no other agency or landlord fees
