We are looking for a new housemate for our house in Homerton, East London.

The house is large, with plenty of space and storage.

There is a garden, great for BBQs and outside dining, and plenty of room for your bicycle / surf board / furniture.

There is a shared living room, with television (Netflix etc), and a large shared kitchen. There is also a downstairs toilet and an upstairs shared bathroom.

The room is a very large sized double, very sunny and quiet, unfurnished in our lovely spacious 3 bedroom Victorian house in Homerton (8 min walk from Overground station and close to Chatsworth Rd, and Hackney marshes). It is also walking distance to the Stratford Olympic park and River Lea.

Rent is £720 per month, plus approx £120 per month for all bills including cleaner.
Deposit is £960.

NOTE: The estate agent (FJLord) charge a one off admin fee to get you referenced, credit and background checked and added to contract.

The room is available from 24th November.

You will be sharing with excellent housemates Quitterie and Bethan. This room would suit someone relaxed, clean and tidy, responsible and that's just generally pleasant to live with! Together we enjoy socialising, the occasional meal, and the odd trip together.
