The room is a bright, small, double bedroom, with great light overlooking the garden, located in a beautiful Victorian terraced house on a quiet street moments from Victoria Park. It is furnished with a futon bed, a chest of drawers and clothes rail but as it’s not huge, it would suit someone who doesn’t have much stuff.
Shared living spaces include a large open-plan living room (2 reception rooms) and large kitchen with doors leading onto a small, private garden with veg box.
The house is just 5/6 minutes from Homerton train station and 10 minutes to Hackney Wick. Close to Chatsworth Road, Well Street and Broadway markets with Dalston, Hackney Wick, Shoreditch and Old Street all nearby.
You will be sharing with 3 others – including myself – in a very recently upgraded, much-loved clean and tidy home. I work between home and my studio- the 2 other males are respectful, polite and sociable. Suitable for an individual who’s happy to enjoy the odd glass of wine but is equally content with their own company and independence.
You'll ideally have waved goodbye to your 20's and be 30-plus.
Rent is £800 per month and includes all bills and a cleaner .
