The room is partly furnished with bed frame, mattress, desk and clothes rack.

The studio space can be used for professional projects like photo shoots or yoga classes which will also be available to those to only do a short sublet.

There are wfh desks but we limit it to 2 days each a week and no conference calls in the open to avoid the flat being too officey.

There's a communal roof terrace for our sun loungers. Huge projector screen for movie nights. We keep the place clean with a weekly rota.

Note that there is no window in the bedroom so make sure you are ok with that before applying.

The flatmates are Vicky (set designer), Ethel (Workspace manager), Ysabel (hospitality), Martin (musician), Julian (entrepeneur), Johno (song writer). We all have our own lives but do enjoy eating, going out or watching movies together.
