Large two double bedroom apartment available next to London Fields in a converted hat factory. The flat is really spacious and bright with high ceilings and sunny all day. The location is five minutes walk from Broadway Market and London Fields park and overground station. Walking distance to Hackney Central and Victoria Park.

The apartment building has a communal court yard and the neighbours are all really friendly.

Sadly my flatmate and myself both are moving out due to the current situation and are looking for people to take over our contract, which will end in November (you will then be able to renew it again). I've lived here for the last 5 years and have absolutely loved it.

Both bedrooms are pretty much the same size, really bright during the day with wooden floors and a high ceiling. Big enough to fit a double bed, wardrobe/clothes rail and a desk. The flat is available either unfurnished or partly furnished (bed, clothes rail, sofa ...)
