2 Doubles - Short Lets Nov & Dec!

Hi!

We have two doubles available for a short let, between now & 31st December. Massive price drop from the usual £600pcm to £450pcm! Both rooms are available now.

Ideally we're looking for people who can stay the full time until 31st December, but if you need to stay for less time just let me know :)

Double Room 1 (RESERVED from 1st Dec, £450pcm a week, all bills included).

Double Room 2 (RESERVED for 2 weeks, may be avail again mid-Dec so still get in touch) £450pcm a week, all bills included).

Both double bedrooms are spacious & furnished. They both look like room 1, as room 2 has also been cleared of belongings apart from essential furniture. Plenty of room in the house as its spread over 3 floors. It has 2 bathrooms & an extra loo (so never any waiting to get ready!) & a large kitchen with a sofa in it. There's also tons of storage space, including in the attic.

We're all friendly, chilled & tidy. Housemates work in hospitality, charity and the arts. This is a great place if you're looking for a cheap short let in a great area.

The neighbourhood is quiet & peaceful. We're a 1 minute walk away round the corner from the lovely River Lea canal & Hackney Marsh fields (you'll think you're in the countryside there). In less than 5 minutes you can walk to the famous Chatsworth Road, full of cosy cafes, interesting shops & an amazing Sunday market. There's also a Costcutter, Post Office & Pharmacy just a minute walk away so you can always get essentials when you need them.

The house is a 15 min walk from both Hackney Central or Homerton stations, and there is a 24 hour bus (242) just outside the house that connects you to Hackney, Dalston, Shoreditch or Liverpool Street.
