Who are very clean, tidy, organised, as well as respectful personality towards others' privacy to share a Modern Quiet House with 4 rooms. and with 2 bathrooms and two toilets, shared kitchen/diner, has a fridge freezer and washing machine microwave. kettle and toaster, brand new well-kept cooker/oven.

If you are a cleaner able to give 8/10 hours monthly of cleaning the communal areas, kitchen, bathroom, hallway in these properties then rent amount of up to £40 would be refunded monthly. invoice/timesheet required.

The house is, will be strictly for Non-smokers, non-noisy and an observant of peace type housemate.
No subletting or Room sharing whatsoever, no overcrowding from room sharing

HOUSEKEEPING

Furniture
-- In addition to the furniture, bed, wardrobe a desk/chair will be provided if needed.

Paid parking in front of the house available.
