We are looking for a flatmate with a lovely bright double room AVAILABLE FROM NOW.

We are a friendly, busy professional couple who when working are mostly only home in the evenings and weekends.

We are looking for someone likeminded, who likes a home to be clean and tidy but isn’t obsessive, who is friendly and likes to be sociable but is also respectful of others and their personal space/ privacy.

We have a large nicely furnished Living room, with L shaped sofa and dining table, which is separate from the kitchen where a fridge freezer, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster, oven and hob are provided. There is one bathroom which has a shower over the bath with good pressure.

THE ROOM
The room is a large, nicely painted double size bedroom, with laminate wood floor, a double radiator and a south facing double glazed window making it very bright and sunny.

£700+ bills (around £80 - £100 per month).

-We are looking for someone who will stay for a minimum period of 6 months.


Transport access:
Train: Hackney Wick station is only 5 min walk away.

Bus:
A bus stop right outside for numbers 30,26,388,276,488,236,339 plus night bus 26.

Location
The flat is in the centre of Hackney Wick a couple of mins walk from the canal and all the cafes and bars of the area. Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park is 10 mins walk away, Victoria Park has a safe daylight canal walk and bike ride ( do not recommend night time as the canal is not lit in winter months)

The Westfields Stratford shopping center and HERE EAST University /Canalside all are all within short walking distance.

Also within easy walk from the flat are Sports grounds, Outside and the Copper Box gym. At the Olympic Park is swimming, tennis, the Stadium home to WEST HAM UNITED all reachable in no time; activities galore.

Also, access to football/rugby at Hackney Marshes also nearby.

Markets aplenty in the area, such as Columbia Road, Broadway, Dalston, Brick-lane, Roman road and farmers organic Saturday Market ongoing in Hackney.

Big Asda, Tesco, Lidl , Waitrose, M&S, Iceland to mention a few are all a short distance of E9 5HF as well as a local parade of shops with open all hours mini market, off licence, cafes, restaurants and some great take aways.

PUBLIC AMENITIES
A Doctors surgery is just a couple of mins away, libraries, chemists and post office all in the vicinity. Stratford Westfield shopping centre offers more stores about 175 in no. Plus Multiplex cinema, 10 pin bowling and many restaurants and bars.

SAFE VIEWING:
The room has become available because our best friend is pregnant and became stuck in Brussels due to the lockdown. The room has therefore been empty for a couple of months and we have cleaned it thoroughly.

We are currently home based, we uphold social distancing and can therefore arrange safe viewing for anyone who would like to and we hope for the same level of consideration and safe behaviour please.
