Spacious Room in Hackney Wick

Hello everyone...

My friend is moving out towards the end of June and I will need a tenant to replace him.
His room is very spacious, and is big enough to fit a double bed, desk, and a large wardrobe with plenty of extra space. (The photos don’t do it much justice)

Our 2 bedroom flat is in a gated community and sits right on the Hackney Wick canal opposite from HereEast and the Olympic park.
It boasts of an open plan living room/kitchen and a balcony door which overlooks the canal. All the Wick’s bars are a short walk away, with local shops, coffeeshops and amenities also close by.
Parking is also available just outside the flat, and it sits just below a lovely garden terrace which is on the canal bank, and is intended for our gated community.

The flat comes unfurnished although pretty much all the furnishings are staying as is in the house, but I’m open to changing furniture around to suit anyone’s preferences. Whoever will be joining me will have the benefit of using my 4K TV/PS4 and other bits!

The room doesn’t originally come with a bed but my flat mate will probably sell his for a cheap price to whoever moves in (if they need a bed) otherwise he will take it with him.

I have no preference on gender, but
Im quite a social and creative guy, so anyone I could vibe with would be brilliant.
