Looking for a fun, friendly female flat mate to move in with two wonderful women! We’re a friendly flat of three young professionals working in the civil service, marketing and finance.
The flat is on the 2nd floor and right on Victoria Park with living room windows that open up onto it. A very peaceful road but very close to Hackney Wick station (about a 9 minute walk away), Hackney Central (10 mins on the bus), Dalston (15 mins on the bus), Stratford (5 mins on the train) and The City. It’s great if you’re into running, cycling or, even better BBQs and drinking. Surrounded by loads of cool pubs, great restaurants along the canal etc.
We’re looking for someone friendly and social. We’re all very busy but will catch up together over wine, Lidl chocolate and Luther when we’re all home. (Can you say no to this?)
Looking for someone who is clean and tidy (this is a must), late-twenties and easy going. The room is a large double room with triple glazed windows. A shared bathroom with one housemate - the other has an en suite.
Rent is £850 including bills (actual rent is £761 with £90 for bills but we put bills money into one account every month to save the hassle). Looking to move in December.
Let me know if you’re interested!
