Hello,
The flat is on the top floor of three storeys, modern and nicely furnished. Very light and plenty of space, including a really good sized living room so you're never on top of each other and there is a real homely feel.
Short walk (10 mins) to the overground station - only one stop to Stratford where you can get Jubilee, Central lines and DLR. Loads of buses too. Plus the cafes, bars and restaurants of Hackney Wick are all on your doorstep. Victoria park and canals are close by.
A bit about who you'll be living with: I'm 30, work as TV news producer. I'm happy to socialise, cook, and eat a meal together and I'm just as happy to let each other have their space. Interest include, current affair, sports, cinema and the theatre.
The landlord has been very easy to deal with, and is available on the phone if need be. Bills come to around £90 per month and deposit is 1.5x monthly rent.
