Each occupant has there own good size studio space with access to two sewing machines, large cutting table and ironing board.
The flat is on the 3rd(top) floor. the building has heavy duty elevator and has good size balcony to share.

(The owner of the place is NOT living in the studio, but occasionally will visit and stay at the place for few days)

The property has been used as a live-in fashion studio. since the former occupant of the flat is out of the flat, main open area can be used as a share work studio space.
