Large room immediately available to sublet in a quiet converted warehouse!

We're looking for someone in between their mid. 20s or 40s to move ASAP. It's 1 month minimum stay. The room is quite big (partially furnished or unfurnished as you prefer) and doesn't have a window which is the reason why it is cheaper than most of the rooms in the area.

The warehouse is in Hackney Wick right next to the canal overlooking the Olympic Village and 3 minutes walk to the Overground station.

The unit is very large on two floors, lounge/kitchen/ 1 bathroom & one bedroom on the first floor with three bedrooms downstairs.

This is not a party warehouse but a really relaxed one, it is a quiet environment and we want to keep it that way. Everybody here are professionals who work long hours. But, certainly, in the area parties are abundant and there is always a private view to go to!

We're looking for a professional to share our space. You would live with housemates in between their mid. 30s to 40s.

Transport: The Unit is 2-3 mins walk to Hackney Wick Station (zone 2) & only one stop to Stratford Central, Jubilee & DLR lines or 15 mins to Highbury & Islington for the Victoria Line. Buses 30, 26 (&N26) take you directly into central London, city Liverpool Street, Bank etc.

All bills included except. electricity.
