It's a bright and beautiful double bedroom in a newly-refurbished flatshare overlooking Well Street Common and a few minutes walk from Victoria Park. We have a calm and considerate atmosphere and are looking for someone who will share in this - who cares about the place & their housemates partly working and studying from home.

We're 2 females, both of us professionals.

A great place to get around by bike or with long walks through Victoria Park to the Olympic Park and along the canals. We also have a bike space in the bike shed that you can use! Close to the Vicky Park Village, markets, cafes, pubs, restaurants; also close to the Olympic Park, Aquatic Centre Olympic swimming pool & Lee Valley VeloPark.

The living room also has a balcony with a lovely view of Well Street Common - and of the sunset. It's well-insulated so stays nice and warm through the winter.

Centrally located, with good transport links. 8 minute walk to Homerton Station (London Overground). Buses: 26, N26, 30, 388, 277, 425.
