Looking for one person to take a large en suite bedroom within a 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom top floor duplex apartment. The flat is owned by two mates that both currently live there, one is moving out to live with their partner, so their room is available.

The two main bedrooms are on the first floor and we're looking to rent out the largest bedroom. The third bedroom is used as an office and we have no intentions of bringing in a third person so this room will stay spare.

Open plan kitchen and living area with large L shaped sofa and dining table for six people. The flat has a large balcony that spans the width of the flat and has outdoor furniture.

The room we're looking to rent has built in wardrobes and a built in storage cupboard, is en suite and is comfortably big enough to accommodate a home office set up.

Bills included and we have 1gb fibre optic internet and Sky in the living room. Its a flat share so the communal areas are fully furnished but the bedroom will be unfurnished (apart from wardrobe).

It takes about 3-4 minutes from leaving the flat to get to Hackney Wick overground, there's a Sainsbury's and Tesco very close by and of course all the delights of Hackney Wick's cafes, restaurants and bars on the doorstep.
