I’ve got a room available from 1st July 2024, as my flatmate had to move country for work reasons. Only bills not included are broadband (£16.50 per person) and electricity (varies depending on time of the year). Please find more details below – if interested, please feel free to reply with your availability for viewings (my availability as per below).

- Available from 1st July 2024 – viewings Mo-Fri from 6PM/weekends flexible with times
- Spacious room with high ceilings
- Loads of light
- Furnished (Double bed with mattress, shelf, clothes rail) or unfurnished
- short-term or long-term considered

- consists of 2 rooms
- a kitchen
- loads of storage space
- a bathroom (newly renovated)
- communal area

- Hackney Wick Overground = 2 minutes walking
- Overground to Highbury Islington = 15mins
- Overground to Stratford = 5 minutes
- DLR (Pudding Mill Lane) = 15 minutes walking
- Stratford (with Westfield Shopping Centre etc.) = 15 minutes walking

- Shops (Sainsbury’s local, Tesco, 3+ off licences)
