The flat is located in a peaceful, green area by the canal near Hackney Marshes. It’s about a 10-13-min walk from both Homerton Station and Hackney Wick Station, with excellent bus connections. Stratford and Hackney Central are around 10 min away by bus.

No shoes inside, and unfortunately, no pets or couples — sorry!

Part-furnished, including a chest of drawers and a bedside table.
The double bed frame, mattress, mirror, and hanging rail belong to my previous flatmate, and she is happy to sell them at a very reasonable price if needed! For extra storage, one storage space in the hallway is available for you!

I’ve lived in this flat for over 2 years. It’s not super modern or stylish, but it’s spacious, comfortable, and easy to live in, and the landlord is very kind.
Sometimes I invite friends over for dinner, but this is definitely not a party flat!
