Double Room - Short-Term Let (March-April)

Hi,

A double bedroom is available to rent from 21 March to 19 April, with the possibility to extend until the end of April or mid-May.

I'll be travelling from Sat 28th March to Sun 19th April - so in this period you'll get the flat to yourself.

*PRICE*
£350 per week – all bills included.

*THE FLAT*
The flat is on the second floor of a small building with three flats (no elevator). There are five rooms in total: a double bedroom, a small bedroom/studio, a bathroom, a kitchen, and a separate spacious living room.

The kitchen is fully equipped. The living room is large and comfortable, with lots of plants, a two-seater sofa bed, an armchair, and a coffee table. Please note there is no TV.

Pets are not allowed and smoking is not allowed.

*YOUR ROOM*
The double bedroom is spacious, bright, and quiet. It faces the back of the flat overlooking a private parking area, so there is no traffic noise.

It comes with:

- Double bed with mattress, pillows, and duvet
- Wardrobe (one of the two sections will be emptied and available for you)
- Chest of drawers (three drawers available)

*SMALL BEDROOM/STUDIO*
When I am away or working from the office, you are welcome to use the desk with monitor in the small bedroom.

*TRANSPORTS*
The flat is about a 7-minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground station. There are also two bus stops right outside the flat, served by bus routes 26, 30, 388, and 488.

*LIVING WITH ME*
You will be sharing with an Italian in her early thirties. I moved to London about eight years ago and work as a social researcher. I’m quite active and play volleyball with a club a couple of evenings a week. At home I’m very clean and tidy. I’m respectful of each other’s time and space, but I also enjoy having a chat or sharing a glass of wine from time to time.
