We have two amazing bedrooms available in a spacious modern warehouse flat just 4 minutes from Hackney Wick.

👉 Important upfront: the rooms come unfurnished (but we’re happy to team up to find free pieces on Gumtree). Also, the bedrooms do not have windows — this is reflected in the price

The flat itself is the real highlight: a huge open living room, a modern kitchen, and two bathrooms. Everything is modern, spacious and provides comfort. You can see in the pictures that the lounge is spacious and filled with light. The location is right in Hackney Wick

You’d be living with Bella and Andrea (both 26) — friendly, sociable, and easygoing. We want to build a friendly flat where we can be friends with the flatmates. We both enjoy going to gigs, talking about movies, going to art galleries and nature walks but also the the occasional night out. Bella works in photography (arts background), Andrea is in medical research

We’re looking for someone in a similar age range (ideally girls) who wants more than just a flat — a friendly, supportive, social home
