Large Bedroom Available (flex move in date)

Hellooo!!

We’re Tara and Foucault, and we’re looking for a housemate to join us in our lovely flat in the centre of Hackney Wick.

About the flat:
It’s a beautiful 3 bedroom flat with TONNES of natural light, two balconies, a roof terrace and a separate bike storage on the ground floor. The bedroom is the middle one - it has access to the balcony and a built in wardrobe.

The flat is really up-to-speck, it’s got a dishwasher, washing machine etc. we moved in about a month ago, and are looking for someone to join us in our 3rd bedroom. The move in date is really flexible, anytime from now-ish until the end of April-ish.

About us:
We’ve been friends and housemates for over 3 years! We met in our previous flat, and when the tenancy sadly came to an end, we decided to look together as we love living together and found this beautiful 3 bedroom flat a stones throw from Hackney Wick station.

I (Tara), am a civil servant from the UK, who’s been living in London for approx 7 years. I love seeing pals and I will never take much convincing to go for a pint. In my spare time I love to cook, travel, go to gigs / festivals etc etc.

Foucault is from France and has been living in London for just over 3 years. He works in misc banking but spends all his time pursuing his passions (which are plentiful but include ballet, swimming, nights at Fold and travel to name a few).

About you:
We’re looking for someone and join the home, we want to live with people we get on with and are happy to share the odd meals together / go for pints / just chat when we’re all home in the evening. Obvs we all live different lives etc but it’s important to us that we all live together and get on well. To pass referencing you’ll need to be in employment, and a preference for us is ideally not full WFH.

flexible about move in dates, and just as an FYI we’re in the process of buying a new kitchen table and sofa- you won’t be asked to contribute to this but v open to thoughts / if you have any communal furniture you’d want to bring. Smoking is allowed but only outside.

The deposit is 6 weeks rent.
