Double room in spacious Victoria Park house

Hello! We’re looking for someone to move into our lovely terraced home beside Victoria Park. The room is currently available (although there is some flexibility on the move in date up until 15th October). The rent is £575 pcm, paid directly to the landlady. A deposit of £550 will also be required to secure the room. Bills are additional and cost approx £100 per month depending on the season.

The room is bright, comes partially furnished and features a large window overlooking the garden.

It is a four storey house with a shared kitchen and living room, as well as two full bathrooms. We are located opposite Victoria Park and are a 5 minute walk from Hackney Wick Overground Station. In addition to having the park on our doorstep, we have a massive garden that can occasionally get the best of us - so it would be great if you’re keen to get stuck in!

The current flatmates are a mixture of four creative, young professionals (2 girls, 2 guys - so you would be the 5th) who are looking for someone chilled, friendly and clean. We also have a rescue cat named Birdie, who we all care for.
