The location is excellent with easy transport to Canary Wharf, the City and West End via several bus lines and the London overground. London Liverpool Street is a 20 minute walk or 10 minute bus ride away. It’s also a stone’s throw from Regent’s Canal and Haggerston Park and within easy walking distance from Broadway Market, Victoria Park and Dalston.

About me: I’m 34 years old, work for an investment bank and am generally quite easy going and sociable. That’s said I often have a fairly full on schedule so there will be a lot of evenings when you’d have the flat to yourself. In the flat there is also a small, well behaved dog that is rarely left in the flat on his own.
