Located in the heart of South Hackney/Shoreditch. You can be in Columbia Road flower market, Broadway market or Shoreditch High-street within 5-10 minutes walking.

The flat is fully furnished currently but you can add bits to make it home. The room is a large double with two built in wardrobes and plenty of space for a desk.

A bit about me (your potential housemate). I'm very sociable but not a big partier. I love cycling, yoga and crap TV. Also love to cook, mostly veggie. During the week I have a pretty chilled routine and am usually up early to exercise. I'm also doing a part time masters in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

I'm at the office Tues/Thursday, wfh Monday/Friday and at Uni on Wednesdays and some Saturdays.

I’d love a housemate that really wants to make this their home and not just a place to place to keep your stuff.

With the gas crisis the bills have gone up to roughly £130-£150 each per month, that includes wifi, electric, gas, water and council tax.

Really good transport links, 15 minute walk to Old Street (Zone 1), 20/25 minute walk to Liverpool street. There is also the overground from Hoxton or Haggerston which are an equal distance of 5-10 minute walk. Or 2 bus routes a few minutes’ walk at the top of Queensbridge Road you can get 55 or 26 (55 Oxford Street or 26 Waterloo via Liverpool Street). Or 149 to London Bridge from Kingsland Road.
