En suite bedroom in the heart of Haggerston

The house is a four bed that goes over four floors. There is a really big living room and a good sized kitchen. It's a relatively new build so the condition of the house is great.

There is a south facing terrace on the top floor and great patio that goes into a shared courtyard. Your room is on the ground floor with an en suite.

The house is completely furnished - you will just need to kit out your room with mattress cupboards etc.

There's three of us at the moment:

Ailidh (she/her) - Scottish Doctor, working in pre-hospital/emergency medicine. Loves eating, running, cycling and music from trad to electronic.

Lare (he/him) - British-Nigerian, from London, working in film, tv and theatre as a creative producer and writer. Loves going to the cinema and plays. Into running, dinner parties, and debating the latest from HBO or A24.

Sean (he/him) - works in TV & loves disco. Originally from LA but very connected to his Scottish/Welsh roots. Spends way too much money on live music and coconut water.

Looking for someone who is S. F. C. C. (sociable, fun, chilled and clean). LGBT friendly :)

Bills come to around £130 a month which includes everything.

Referencing is tad tricky. They require a permanent contract or quite a few payslips from freelancers. Feel free to ask any q's!
