About the Flat

A well-furnished duplex with plenty of space and a great vibe, including:
• Lower Ground Floor: 3 bedrooms (2 ensuite) and 1 separate private bathroom.
• Upper Ground Floor: A large open-plan living room/kitchen that opens onto a spacious rooftop terrace (partially covered).

About Us

You’ll be living with Alice and myself, Jeremy.
• Alice works as a Strategic Account manager for a leading marketplace.
• I work in finance in the City.

We’re easygoing, sociable, and enjoy sharing the occasional dinner or drink. Bonus points if you’re into techno/house music, wine or any topics highlighted here, but anyway that’s not a dealbreaker!

About You

We’re looking for a friendly, tidy, and professional flatmate who’s keen to build a good vibe in the flat and occasionally hang out.

For info, the tenancy will be a rolling monthly contract.
There is a two-month notice period if the landlord needs the flat back.
There is no minimum or maximum stay, but we’d prefer someone who can stay for at least six months.
